• Payment information. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details on our behalf; we do not store full card numbers — we receive limited billing details (e.g. plan, status, card brand/last four).
• Content you add. The leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, notes, and customer information you enter into the service so it can run your back office. This is your data; we process it to provide the service and to improve our systems.
• Analytics and usage data. Basic information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at and use the service.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Small files stored on your device that help the site function and help us understand usage.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and support the Keystone Field Command service and your account.
• Process your subscription and payments, and send you related transactional messages (receipts, confirmations, service notices).
